Our daughter 13 years old got a salad today, more peppers than salad in it, which I think was a cheek the first time and was so disappointed 😥

Were there today in the hope that the operator will take the recessions seriously and take care of the staff. Unfortunately we were disappointed again. Employees demotivated and listless. Hygiene in the restaurant is still the bottom drawer. When will the operator finally wake up !!!! The staff urgently needs training in dealing with customers and maintaining gastronomic activities.

(7/21/20) The staff gave my girlfriend and me sexual looks. They behaved very childishly and whispered behind our backs all the time. We felt very uncomfortable. Next time we visit another subway. Pity! The service left a lot to be desired. After we said take the food with us they didn't even give us a bag, served or no straw and lid for our drink.

Staff hardly understands German enough to take the order. Bread totally shredded when sliced. Vegetables especially the salad looked old and as from the previous day (dried up, rotten) .. Sauces were 3 out. No bags for transportation.

Unfortunately, the staff and a few customers are overwhelmed. But what surprises me is that an employee does not think it is necessary to wear a face mask even though there is a requirement for a mask. I hope that a policeman likes Subway and goes in if no mask is worn!

I wanted to get something to eat here during the opening hours (3:30 p.m.), but the employee didn't want to serve me because he is now taking a break. I should come back later ...

A good place to eat while travelling through Ingolstadt

Staff is overwhelmed, customer in front of me and myself were wrongly calculated, with my salad on ingredients was saved so that the bowl was only half full. In addition, you were only processed quickly and not really asked about special features, I know otherwise from Subway.
